Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to love every order. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns, cancellations and refunds work.

Cancellations

You may cancel an order before it has been shipped by contacting us with your order number. Once shipped, an order cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return.

Returns (7-day window)

• Eligible items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging and in resalable condition.
• For food items, returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective or incorrect on arrival.

Refunds

Once a returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed to the original payment method (or via bank transfer for COD orders) within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number, and we’ll make it right.
